1. Quotations:

At Cambridge Cleaning Services, we strive to provide exceptional end of tenancy cleaning services tailored to your property’s unique needs. When requesting a quotation, we base it on certain assumptions regarding the property’s condition, size, and standard cleaning requirements.

However, we understand that each property is distinct, and some may present exceptional features that significantly differ from our assumptions. For instance, if upon inspection, we find that your property has a large range cooker instead of a standard oven or comprises multiple stories (more than two), the cleaning requirements may vary significantly, potentially impacting the initial quotation.

In such cases, please be aware that if your property has unique attributes that differ significantly from our assumptions, the quotation may be subject to change. We encourage you to inform us during the quotation proccess so that we can reassess and provide you with anacurate price that reflects the necessary scope of work. Our priority is to deliver exceptional results, and we appreciate your understanding regarding any potential changes to the quotation.

2. Payment and Cancellation:

Payment for the end of tenancy cleaning service shall be made in full  prior to or on completion of the scheduled clean . Cambridge Cleaning Services accepts Cash, Bank transfer and credit/debit cards.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of £60. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so we’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.

3. Service warranty:

We will guarantee the cleaning provided for a maximum of 5 days, during this period we will at your landlords request return to rectify any highlighted issues free of charge . Issues raised after this time will be not be covered.

4. Parking Permit and Parking Charges:

For properties located in areas with restricted or paid parking, the customer is responsible for providing a valid parking permit to Cambridge Cleaning Services for the duration of the cleaning appointment. If the customer fails to provide a parking permit and the cleaning team incurs parking charges, including fines, those charges will be added to the final invoice and payable by the customer.

In situations where the customer is unable to provide a parking permit, and no parking is available, resulting in the cleaning team incurring parking charges, including fines, these charges will also be added to the final invoice.
